Hire Agreement
 

 

A copy of the Cumbria Crocks Hire agreement will be sent upon request of each quote.

 

In brief, here are a few terms that may be of interest

 

  • Cumbria Crocks Wash up Service is charged at 40% of the total hire charge.

  • Delivery is charged at 45p per mile (weekdays). Collection of goods can be made from Cumbria Crocks free of charge by appointment.

  • Payment Terms - non refundable deposit of 25% of the hire charge required on receipt of order. Full balance due within 14 days of the event.

  • Cumbria Crocks will reserve a date without deposit for upto 10 days. No confirmation and deposit after that time will result in no booking.

  • A refundable damage deposit of £50 is required on payment of balance on any props that are hired. Deposit will be refuned on collection day if there has been no damage to prop.

Privacy Policy
 

 

All personal Information given to Cumbria Crocks will be remain confidential.

 

  • Cumbria Crocks does not require any credit card or bank account information from the hirer.

  • Any information required from any 3rd party involved in the event will be authourised by the hirer.
